The townhouse is conveniently located near Walmart (3 minutes away), Disney (14 minutes away), Premium Outlets (18 minutes away), and Universal (30 minutes away). The house has specific rules, such as a minimum age requirement of 21 for guests, no smoking, no pets, and no parties allowed. Additionally, pool heating is available for an extra fee with 48 hours' notice.

BOOKING YOUR STAY:
You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.


BEFORE CHECKING IN:
Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.


POOL HEATER:
Please note the pool heater can take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat and will be turned on once the payment has been processed, so please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 hours before your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Guest must be 21 years or older to book
- Parties are not permitted
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- Pool and Spa heater is an additional fee and it must be requested
- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries
- USPS does not ship to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages
