The Space:
This beautifully appointed home features three cosy bedrooms, including a queen bed, a double bed, and a single bunk bed, perfect for kids. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, complete with a microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pod machine to kickstart your mornings. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area creates a welcoming space for gathering, while the second living room offers a quiet retreat with a piano for those who enjoy making music. The home is designed for relaxation and connection, with thoughtful touches throughout. Step outside to the rear entertaining deck, where you’ll find lounge chairs, a BBQ, and a dining table, ideal for alfresco meals under the sun or stars. The deck connects to a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, dryer and beach towels, along with an outdoor shower and toilet for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Blacks Beach located a mere 80m walk (1min), benefits from natural protection against the predominant north-east winds, thanks to Barrack Point's positioning. This creates a more sheltered and enjoyable spot for beachgoers. This beach is also patrolled.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the inside and side of the property, back deck and laundry, and one designate car space. Guests will not have access to the single garage unless pre requested.

Our home is situated in a tranquil neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby, therefore, we regretfully cannot accommodate lively gatherings including "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings. Our space is ideally suited for families or friend getaways seeking a peaceful retreat. Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, with beds pre-made for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
