This is a quiet family neighbourhood. We want you to enjoy the space but need to be respectful of the neighbours. Please keep noise to a reasonable amount. We do get notified from a noise meter if the noise has gone beyond a reasonable amount. We will give you a heads up to keep it down.

We ask that you bring the gathering inside by 11 pm.
Please keep the gate closed at all times.
