Located on the second story, this Tennis Club villa features a one-story layout featuring beautiful renovations and a coastal atmosphere. As you enter the villa you are immediately greeted by an abundance of natural light. The living area offers plenty of seating for everyone and a large flat-screen TV for entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and modern finishes throughout. Just located off the kitchen is a dining area that seats four and extends a view over the lagoon. With access points from the dining and living areas, the screened-in porch is the perfect place to immerse yourself into the nature of Kiawah Island and relax after a long day of biking the trails, playing a round of golf, or a day spent at the beach.
The primary bedroom is bright and airy and features a king-size bed plus a flat-screen TV. The primary bathroom is attached and provides guests with double sinks and a walk in shower.
In the second bedroom you will find two full-size beds and a flat-screen TV. For any guests needing to work remotely, a desk and chair are also available in the second bedroom. The second bathroom features another walk-in shower and high-end finishes.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
