Welcome to Inspiration Point Retreat. Our spacious two-story lakefront chalet offers plenty of space and essentials to provide the perfect setting for family vacation or group getaway to the mountains. Boasting a private boat dock, endless views, and the necessities to create lifelong memories together under the stars this relaxing family retreat sits just minutes away from the ski resorts, grocery stores, and shopping area.
Snuggle up on the comfy couches as you warm your toes together in front of the toasty fireplace and take in the incredible lake views or pop on a movie on the mounted flat screen to enjoy a nice evening at the cabin. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining a group as you prepare your home cooked meals in the equipped chef's kitchen, complete with cookware and appliances for your use. Almost every room of this chalet offers access to the great wrapped sun decks, you will love being right at one with nature here. Two spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms are easily accessible upstairs in the main entry level however heading downstairs you'll find a spacious second living room which makes the perfect game room area. Complete with another toasty fireplace and a ping pong table you will definitely spend some time entertaining the group here in this relaxing portion of the cabin. Two more bedrooms and another modern bathroom sits here on this lower downstairs level which also leads right out to the open forested hillside property.
Stepping outside you will find yourselves sitting right on what's known as "Inspiration Point" where relaxation meets lake life within a quiet hillside neighborhood location. The private boat dock ensures you can enjoy your lake toys right from the cabin while a propane BBQ allows you to grill up your freshly caught dinner up on the deck. Located in the Boulder Bay area you are just ten minutes by car to the ski resorts, marina, and shopping areas making this the perfect destination no matter the season you choose to visit Big Bear!

Our Big Bear Vacations team is looking forward to hosting you here in the mountains! We are your longest standing local vacation experts with years of dedicated experience and knowledge brought forth within our exceptional customer service and support staff to ensure a 5 star experience for every guest. Our team offers 24/7 support along with local on site offices and experience packages.
Big Bear GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY is enforced at all times during your stay and includes removing trash from the property to local trash sites, washing dishes to alleviate wild animals being attracted to neighborhoods. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, No Over Occupancy, No Loud Music, and No Street Parking is allowed in Big Bear homes at any time. This policy along with a rental agreement will be emailed to you immediately after booking and is REQUIRED by the City of Big Bear Lake for all rentals in Big Bear. If found in violation of these policies guests will be visited by staff and Code Enforcement officers who may or may not issue fines or evictions to the violating party members. No Smoking is allowed in any Big Bear homes.

Winter Snow & Parking- During winter months the driveways, steps, porches, decks, and other outdoor areas at your property may not be accessible due to snow or ice. Our teams are on fixed routes for snow and work alongside city and county resources to clear roads, driveways, walkways etc. Guests should be prepared in winter months to shovel themselves in or out of the property and off of the street in these snowstorm events. As there is no street parking allowed in Big Bear it is extremely important that guests make every attempt to get vehicles off the street for the snowplows. California Law requires that vehicles traveling to Big Bear from November thru April have snow chains in their vehicles however we also recommend proper footwear, an emergency kit, and an extra snow shovel.

California Penal Code: (a) Any person who knowingly and fraudulently represents himself or herself, through verbal or written notice, to be the owner or trainer of any canine licensed as, to be qualified as, or identified as, a guide, signal, or service dog, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six month, by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and imprisonment.
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.
Though individually owned and decorated all homes will be equipped with clean linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy of your property. Each home has a full kitchen with basic pots, pans, dishes, and a small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Your home will not be supplied with paper towels, coffee filters or coffee, specialty kitchen items or appliances, condiments or oils, bathrooms soaps or lotions and hair dryers.
There is no Pay-Per-View access or Ordering of Viewing options in any of our Big Bear homes.
No refunds or credits will be made for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, TV or other equipment factors beyond our control.
Big Bear is a mountain community located in a deep forest which is also home to many forest critters. Common animals or insects that you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects every home prior to your arrival but cannot guarantee that the home will be free of these forest animals or pests.
Big Bear Vacations reserves the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
