Introducing Waldo's Windsor Hideout the spacious 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom fully furnished vacation home located in the highly sought after Resort of Windsor Hills (with amenities galore). Close by to Disney and all the attractions. Find Waldo, he is hiding in every room :) Complete with a private south western exposure screened in patio, pool, spa, Bbq, game room, Xbox1 and more!


Having 3 bedroom suites on the first floor is an excellent feature for those who cannot climb stairs as there is access to everything on the first floor.


All bedroom suites are complete with pillows, bed linens, cable TV, a nightstand, bedside lamp and blinds. While each bathroom features towels, a toiletry starter kit, 1 roll of toilet paper and a garbage bag in the bin.

Guest has access to all resort amenities. All guests will need to visit the welcome center for a wristband to enjoy the resort amenities.


The pool & SPA heat is NOT included.


If you would like the pool & spa heated there is a non-refundable fee of $35.00 per day (plus taxes and fees) for the pool & spa heater to be turned on. Pool & spa heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. Please note: the pool water may take up to 24 hours to heat to fully heat up. The SPA will not be warm if the pool & spa heat package is not purchased.


This Villa is secured with a pool alarm for our guests safety.

Entrance to the resort is secured by a guard.

If you are planning on using the BBQ GRILL:
There is a one time non refundable fee of $50 plus tax (13.5%) to rent the BBQ Grill & bring your own propane tank
($80 to rent the bbq grill with 1 full propane tank provided)
*Due to insurance liability guests are not permitted to bring their own bbq grill


A starter pack of cleaning supplies and toiletries are provided to guests. Guests are expected to purchase anything needed beyond what was provided in the starter pack. This is an industry standard practice.


The starter pack includes:
1 toilet paper roll per bathroom
1 paper towel roll in kitchen
1 garbage bag in each garbage can
1 sponge
1 mini dishwashing soap
1 dishwashing tablet
1 laundry pod

A rental agreement must be signed by the primary guest who booked the reservation before check in. There will be no exemptions as the rental agreement is mandatory.


For the safety of our guests this property has outdoor surveillance in the front and side of the home. All guests who book this property must be aware of this.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS allowed.
Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
3 Vehicles maximum per villa as mandated by the resort


HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company which cleans high Touch Surfaces, Disinfected, Stocked with New TP, Paper Towel, Hand Soap, and more amenities for your Arrival Use! Bathrooms and Kitchen Surfaces Cleaned with Professional Disinfectant and all Linens and towels are Washed w/Bleach & Soap and Dried on high temperature. During Pre-Arrival Inspection Disinfectant are used again on high touch surfaces. All to be most safe environment for Your Stay! Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.


FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will not be provided.


TRASH DISPOSAL:
Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash bench located by the front door. Do not move the bench to the curb. Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the provided trash cans daily to keep a clean home. The resort doesn’t recycle.


ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner must send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.

Looking for a luxurious home in a great location plus a simple convenient booking process? As our guest, we will take care of you personally from the time you inquire to your day of departure. We are not a booking agent; we personally maintain this home to guarantee your satisfaction. We guarantee to have your booking processed within 24 hours. As soon as we receive your deposit, we will immediately confirm your reservation.

*These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure if you'd like to extend these times, so that we can accurately schedule around different times. Extra charges will apply.

HOME MAINTENANCE:
We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool/spa is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.
