The Space:
Professionally managed by locals at FairShare Vacations, this condo is impeccably clean and incredibly well equipped with everything you need for that perfect vacation. Free parking for two cars in a secure, heated underground parkade.
The open-concept space is filled with natural light, seamlessly blending the living, dining, and kitchen areas, perfect for socializing and relaxing. The living area features cozy seating and a flat-screen TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. The Roku TV means you can log into your favourite streaming apps. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
Step outside onto the deck to find comfortable lounge seating and a gas BBQ, perfect for enjoying the stunning mountain views and fresh air. The downstairs bedroom also offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, and the full bathroom includes a bathtub for a relaxing soak.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all parts of the condo, as well as all amenities in the 3 Canmore Crossing buildings.
The Neighborhood:
Canmore is a very walkable town, and this condo is only two blocks from Main St, and a 5 minute walk to the Bow River with its beautiful trail system. The grocery store is a one minute walk, and there's coffee within metres of the condo! Our favorite restaurant Crazyweed Kitchen is less than 5 minutes walk away too.
Getting Around:
Canmore Crossing is located across the road from the bus stop, and there's free Roam transit within Canmore, including to the Nordic Centre. Save yourself a parking headache by catching the Roam bus to Banff and Lake Louise too (fees apply for out of town buses).
Other Things to Note:
Please note: This building is not air conditioned and while it does have fans, it can get a little warm on hot summer days. If AC is important to you, this might not be the best fit for you, so please talk to us and let us offer a similar, alternative option that does have AC. This condo also has internal stairs.
