Enjoy a stylish experience at this newly renovated centrally located unique loft in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. This Luxury Airbnb has everything to offer from restaurants, retail shops, bars/pubs/lounges, bike, car, electric scooter rentals, BC place and more. Our building has a public gym, work desks. The unit itself has a king & full size bed, smart TV, kitchen essentials, proper work desk, WIFI, free parking, black out blinds to keep apartment extra cool in the summer times:)

This luxury loft has high ceilings to give off a spacious feel. The two story loft has living space on the main floor (washroom, kitchen, dinning room, work space, & living room). Open layout, with a secondary spiral staircase leading to another upper loft area.

This stylish space also has 2 bathrooms (full downstairs and an en-suite powder room, upstairs), laundry and a walk in closet with plenty of storage. This is the most central location in Downtown Vancouver, and is close to EVERYTHING good. Common Rooftop deck with huge views/BBQ, a fully equipped exercise center.

Ideal Location

We stayed for 2 weeks and the condo is located ideally to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. Lily, was a great host.

Solid option in great location

Excellent location, very communicative property manager, and overall very clean space. Only issues were that (1) the bath towels were very musty smelling and likely are due a refresh, and (2) the alley behind the apartment was very noisy at night which created some issues with sleep for us.

Great location!

This loft apartment is adorable and is in a great location. We were in town to see Taylor Swift. We were able to walk to and from the BC Place. For all of you Starbucks’ lovers, the apartment is right across the street from a Starbucks.

Great location with dining and shopping at your doorstep!

We had a fantastic stay at this loft in Yaletown! The location is great, close to incredible restaurants, shops, and only a 10 minute walk to the water. The loft itself is stylish, with high ceilings and a spacious open layout. Having underground parking was a huge plus, and the beds were comfortable.

Convenient walking location, but on very loud alley

Location was good for wandering around Vancouver, but the unit is actually over a very loud alleyway where many people were out all time of night yelling, fighting, going through trash bins. Lots of listening to people who were unwell but the unit felt safe. Lofts are much smaller than I expected from the photos. Unit was very clean and had what was needed for the stay, but really no extras.

Perfect location for concerts downtown on granville

The place was great, clean and quiet. The condo was right on the heart of everything we wanted to see and do, easy access from the airport on the sky train and walking distance to everything else, would 100% stay again.

Central location - perfect for a 2 day stay

Initially, I was nervous when I booked as there were no previous reviews at the time but Lily reassured me through the message board. We booked it late for a concert after finding all the downtown hotels had no occupancy - we sure were happy we took the chance and went with it!! The loft apartment was super cool, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in downtown Vancouver while we took our two daughters (ages 12 and 14) to the P!NK concert. My girls especially loved having their own private loft and spiral staircase. It was walkable and close to pretty much everything in the downtown core. Lily was a courteous and responsive host, accommodated us to check-in early, and was wonderful when my youngest forgot her treasured stuffed animal behind. We’re currently making arrangements to have it returned and we deeply appreciate her willingness to assist us with this. The only confusion we had during the stay was how to get up the elevator initially without the fob (people come and go and we’re happy to let us jump in with them so it was a non-issue thankfully). Book without hesitation - I would highly recommend this property/host and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Tofino get away

Very quant, close to the town proper and the beaches as well. Can either walk or drive, although biking is an option (rentals close by). Would stay again as very relaxing and easy to disconnect from the world. Walls are thin as able to hear people in other units walking around and moving, but you will most likely be spending only the morning or late evening in the unit as there is much to do outside!

When traveling I tend to avoid hotels, and prefer to stay where the locals stay and get a taste of day-to-day life and culture. As a host, I am easy-going, responsible, open-minded and friendly. Welcome to 933 Seymour Street, Downtown Vancouver. The Loft is 2min to The Orpheum, which is one of the National Historic Sites of Canada. This is a very fun and lively neighborhood with all the top restaurants, retail shops, casino, BC place, parks, beaches, bike rentals, and more. We are walking distance from two sky train stations (Yaletown & Grandville) many bus stops and of course the thousands of taxis uber & lift drivers available. We are also located right across from Starbucks and IGA grocery store for day to day convenience.
