Downstairs, you will find a lounge area with a massive sectional and flatscreen television, as well as a game room that has a ping pong table, punching bag, basketball hoop, and shuffleboard. With privacy, magnificent views, and multiple entertaining spaces, this home will entice you and your loved ones to visit time and time again.

Prepare meals in the spacious butler’s pantry and gourmet, eat-in-kitchen with brand new Thermador appliances and high-end finishes. Meanwhile, the dining area offers 180-degree views of gorgeous pine trees and parts of Bald Mountain – home to the Deer Valley Ski Resort. On the same level, you’ll find the secondary suite with a high, sloped ceiling, a king-sized bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower and double vanity. Here, you’ll reach Success Ski Run, an approachable green that makes skiing in and skiing out of this home feasible for everyone traveling with you, no matter their ability level. Success will take you to the base of Silver Lake Express, where you can access other chair lifts and explore the entire mountain, including expert and beginner-friendly terrain. Success will also lead you directly to the Deer Valley Ski School and Carpenter Express. In the summer, Silver Lake Express offers scenic chairlift rides and access to Deer Valley hiking trails such as Bald Eagle Trail and Silver Lake Trail. The options to explore are endless.

After your adventures, we encourage you to head to Park City’s historic downtown (only a 9-minute drive away), where you can immerse yourself in the mountain town’s culture at the Park City Museum or go shopping at stores like Gorsuch and Cotopaxi. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
