A personal vehicle is suggested. Albuquerque does have an extensive public transportation system that may be viewed on the city website. Coors Blvd is a major bus fare if you would like to use public transport. Uber and Lyft also operate throughout the city.

- Terms & Conditions agreement and guest verification must be completed within 24 hours of reservation confirmation or prior to check-in whichever is sooner.

- Accidental Damage Protection Every stay at Irvie Homes comes with peace of mind, featuring up to $3,000 in accidental damage protection.
Coverage Details:
Protected: Accidental damages to furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
Not Covered: Damage from smoking inside, intentional or pet damage, landscaping damage, violations of house rules, and damages exceeding $3,000.
Additional Exclusions: Motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, personal items of occupants, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, & electronic data. Losses due to gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded.
Claims are subject to approval by the underwriter. Any damage not covered by the waiver or exceeding the coverage limit will be the guest's responsibility.

The Spool with a size of 13.5x8.5 operates as Pool May 1st to September 15th and as a Spa September 16th to April 30th.There is a $100.00 Per Stay Heating fee. Reservations for over 30 nights will incur a $100 per month fee for pool heating.

House Rules:
• No local guests are allowed to book within 50 miles of property.
• Must be 25 years of age to book.
• Guests must complete Check-In Form and agree to the Irvie Homes terms and conditions, and provide photo ID within 24 hours of booking, or immediately if same day arrival.
• Quiet hours 9pm to 8am.
• No smoking of cannabis or tobacco, vaping, or consuming illegal substances of any kind on property
• No parties or events.
• No moving furniture or appliances.
• The occupancy limit is 9 people.
• Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave the home.
• Reservations over 30 days may require a security deposit.
• The Guest agrees to report any issues at home to the Host immediately.
NOTE: The home is equipped with security cameras at front door (ring) and Pool Equipment area. Home may also include an antiparty device like Nosieaware decibel Monitor.

POOL RULES:
- Swim at your own risk there is No lifeguard.
- Pool/Hot tub: Please no drinks, fluids, or food while in the pool or the hot tub. If drinks/fluids/food fall in the pool/hot tub, it contaminates the water.
- Children MUST ALWAYS be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. Please be vigilant with the whereabouts of your children at all times.
- No alcohol, tobacco or drugs allowed in the pool area.
- No diving
- No glass
- No animals
- No silly string or bubbles
- Guest must check pool water level to ensure water level is halfway up the Skimmer. If water is low, Guest must call Host.
- No confetti of any type allowed in our home. This causes issues with the pool and hot tub and could cause them to not work for your stay.
- No drinks in the pool or hot tub. If drinks are spilt in the pool or hot tub, it will cause the pool or hot tub chemical levels to drop or rise to unsafe levels. An additional fee will be incurred If the water is to be changed for this issue.
- Gatherings are not allowed. PLEASE RESPECT OUR HOME AND NEIGHBORS. Any reports to the police will not be tolerated. If the Police are contacted, we too are contacted. This will result in your stay being terminated with no refund. We want you to enjoy your stay and have a wonderful time in our home but do not want to put our home or neighbors at risk.

Covid and other Communicable Diseases Restrictions
• Please visit the NM Department of Health website to view any restrictions or travel advisories
• Guests acknowledge there is risk of Covid transmission and other communicable diseases with all travel. Guest will contact host if they believe they may be at high risk for having the Covid virus or other contagious disease including known exposure to persons with the virus, fever, shortness of breath, coughing, or other covid-19 symptoms.
• Guests Agree that Irvie homes, and homeowner will not be held responsible for Covid-19 transmission during any travel.
