This property is a great home and is ready to host families, golf groups, fishing trips, girls weekends away.
Everything has been considered in this property to maximise guest enjoyment – the beds are comfortable, there are 4 bathrooms plus a powder room; double garage and a beautiful north facing al fresco.
The inclusion of a downstairs lounge in addition to the upstairs lounge adds an option for kids and parents zones, or the male and female zones (the males may wish to congregate around the BBQ!)
The abundance of natural light creates a calm, welcoming ambience and the shimmering waters of Lake Mulwala bounce of the ceilings, offering a true sense of waterfront living.
Sunsets across the lake are not to be missed (with wine in hand of-course). The well planned social spaces will ensure guests have the best time possible.
Guests and bedding:
The standard set is 10 guests in the 5 bedrooms. We may consider extra children upon request (extra charges will apply)

All quality bedding and towels are provided. There is a small cleaning fee applicable and this is to cover professional linen hire.

The Banyula Lakehouse is located in the award winning Silverwoods Estate. The Sebel Hotel complex is just metres away.
Enjoy the Stock and Barrel Bar, the Sol Wellness Centre, live music on Fridays and Sundays.
The Black Bull Golf Course is a must play along the Murray. Just over the river is the Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Course (boasting 45 holes)
Squires winery at Bundalong is just a 10 min drive.
Rutherglen wine region is just a short half hour drive from Yarrawonga.

This property is professionally managed by Waterfront Holiday Houses.
A security deposit of 1000 is required to be paid 14 days prior to the booking to the Property Management Agents, Waterfront Holiday Houses.
The property address and key details are provided after the security deposit is paid.
Booking Terms and Conditions:
Photo ID with residential address is required within 24hrs of making a booking.
The person booking this property must be 28 years of age or older.
No parties or private functions permitted.
Residential noise restrictions apply (no noise after 10pm in the Silverwoods Estate)
Standard Booking Cancellation Policy:
Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the Property Specific Terms and Conditions. Variations in terms are reflective of noise restrictions, swimming pools, pets and on-site parking.
Booking Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of the booking by the client, deposits are non refundable unless the property is re-let for the entire period for equal value. If the property is re-let, the guest may have a credit for future bookings, or request a refund.
If a refund of monies paid is requested, then a $165 administration fee will apply.
Please note the 1.7% merchant fee and the 6% booking fee is non-refundable. The advertised nightly rack rate is the amount refunded.
Should a cancellation notice be given for a peak period booking, or a booking with less than 28 days notice, then a $250 refund administration fee will apply.
The balance of the rental amount must be received in full 28 days prior to occupancy. If not, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let the property.

Our Host cancellation policy on these websites is simple. The advertised nightly rack rate will be refunded, less the 165 cancellation processing fee.
Service fees, booking fees and merchant processing fees are non-refundable.
3rd party websites and agents (including but not limited to AirBnB, Home away, booking. com, Trip Adviser and Expedia)
Guest funds, will be returned via bank transfer within 14 days of receiving this payment from the 3rd party platform.
Guest funds from bookings made via 3rd party booking sites will not be returned prior to booking dates in any circumstance.
How to cancel:
For bookings made via AirBnB, Booking and Trip Advisor, you will need to request to cancel via your account with the respective website.
How to postpone/change a booking.
You will need to request to amend your booking via your account with the respective website. Waterfront Holiday Houses will then be contacted by the 3rd party website and will accept that request.
On 3rd party websites, changes to bookings cannot be made on the day of check-in.
