- This is a residential building so no noise between 10pm and 7am.

- Maximum of 4 guests in existing bedding only. No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.

- No smokers or vapers and no smoking or vaping anywhere in or on the property. Possession and/or use of illegal/recreational drugs is not permitted. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $1000 will apply if the apartment smells of smoke/vaping/drugs or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping or illegal drug use.

- To protect the carpet, please remove shoes at the front door.

- Baby Crib is available upon request.
