Welcome to Sunset Beach Lake Owasso. Our home offers guests a unique blend of

relaxation and adventure. Wake up to the breathtaking lake and sunrise views,

start your day with a coffee by the lake, and let the peaceful surroundings

rejuvenate your spirit. Designed for both relaxation and entertainment, our

property boasts a spacious one-acre flat yard perfect for volleyball,

cornhole, and bocce ball. With a step-free entrance, our home is accessible

and welcoming to all, providing the ease of one-level living without

sacrificing comfort or style. After a day of adventure, soak up the

unforgettable sunsets from the dock then unwind in the hot tub while listening

to the loons and watching stars. Additionally, guests have access to a

washer/dryer for added convenience. This family-friendly retreat includes a

pack-n-play, highchair, board games, beach towels, and a s’more station,

ensuring comfort for all ages. Plus, your furry friend is welcome to join the

fun!



As your stay concludes, we hope you leave with cherished memories and a

renewed sense of tranquility. Our lakeside haven, with its myriad of

activities from kayaking and paddleboarding in the summer to snowmobiling and

ice fishing in the winter, is designed to offer something for everyone.

Add an extra layer of fun to your stay by renting a pontoon, jet ski, boat,

towable, or snowmobile! Daily and week-long rentals are available, giving you

the freedom to explore the lake at your leisure. Kindly note that rental fees

are not included in your reservation. Reservations must be made with our

Guest access



When you arrive, temporarily park behind the garage. To access the garage walk

to your left (south) to the single entry door. Use your code to enter the door

and garage. Walk to the garage door opener pad on the northwest corner of the

garage. Open the garage door and then park your cars inside. Exit the

Northwest door and walk along the deck (towards the lake) to the main house

entry (side door facing north). USe your code to enter. Enjoy your stay!



Other things to note



To enhance your stay, we've equipped our space with Samsung smart TVs

connected to Wi-Fi for your entertainment needs. To access your favorite

streaming services and content, simply log in to your personal accounts.

Please note that you may need to download the Samsung app for seamless

Please note that you will be charged $50 for Trash and $100 per Hot Tub if you

do not follow the provided trash and hot tub instructions.

☀ Please refrain from moving furniture.



☀ Wet items should be hung on the railing outside or placed in the laundry

room.



☀No shoes are allowed inside the house; please leave them by the doors.



☀Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 for 1 pet & $75

for a maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or beds.

Small dogs ONLY.



☀ No smoking, vaping, incense, cannabis, e-cigarettes, or marijuana on the

premises.



☀No candles or open flames are prohibited on the premises.



☀ Outdoor fires must be extinguished with water after each use.



☀ The hot tub cover must remain on and secured when not actively used.



☀ Firearms are not allowed.



☀ Do not feed wildlife, hunt, trap, or abuse animals.



☀ Glass is not permitted in the hot tub.



☀ Drinks are not allowed on the shuffleboard table.



☀ Plastic dinnerware is provided for outdoor use.



☀ The maximum number of guests allowed is 10.



☀ Quiet hours are from 9:30 PM to 8:30 AM.



☀ Please return all outdoor games to their original location after use.



☀ Unaccompanied minors are not permitted.



☀ No events, parties, or large gatherings.



☀ Driving on the class five circle driveway during winter and early spring

months (wet season) is not allowed.



☀ Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation, evacuation

of the property, and no refund given.



☀ Please note that you will be charged $50 for Trash and $100 per Hot Tub if

you do not follow the provided trash and hot tub instructions.



☀ Must be at least 25 years old to book.



☀ Please report any damages that occur during your stay.



☀ Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two

hours, and $500 for any extended time.



☀ These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent

guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in

advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a

fee might still apply.



☀ Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we

reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be

treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may

apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
