The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms all with ceiling fans.
Bedroom 1: The main bedroom boasts 1 x Queen bed with an ensuite for added privacy and convenience.
Bedroom 2: Second bedroom features 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Third bedroom has 2 x Single beds

Living Spaces:
The open plan living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. Large windows and sliding doors flood the space with natural light and provide seamless access to the wrap-around deck.

Air-conditioning/heating is available throughout the open living area and main bedroom


Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, air-fryer, toaster & more. Basic condiments provided such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, etc.

Outdoor Dining: The wrap around deck is equipped with an outdoor setting, ideal for al fresco dining while soaking in the picturesque views of the stunning park and water, as well as pool views ( including heated pool), creating the perfect setting for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Washing machine and dryer available for guest use inside the apartment.
Bed linen is included as well as bath towels, mats and hand towels which are professionally laundered.

Guest Access:
Great security. Access automatic garage door with key, use same key for secured elevator access to level 1, Use same key to enter unit. Use same key to access the main building front door and security door at top of stairs, if taking the stairs.
