This beautifully presented Bondi apartment comes with 1 available bedroom, 1 bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a large patio with a shade umbrella and ocean views. Although located in a quiet part of Bondi, it’s 7 minutes’ walk to buzzy Campbell Parade’s shops, eateries, pubs, and Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach. Bondi Road is a few minutes stroll away for more shopping and dining options, as well as regular bus services. The popular Bondi-to-Bronte coastal walk can be accessed nearby too.
The Space:
Featuring beautiful polished floorboards throughout, the apartment’s roomy living area comes with both 2.5 and 2 seater sofas, an armchair and other stylish occasional furniture, a 43” smart TV and Rinnai gas heater for winter comfort. This living area flows through to a well-equipped kitchen/dining space, including a family sized fridge, 4-burner gas cooktop, under-bench oven, microwave, Fisher & Paykel dishwasher drawer and a dining table for 4 people with original Bentwood chairs. Glass door opens up to a large outdoor patio, providing a 2.5 seater sofa, an armchair, a shade umbrella, and views out to Bondi and the ocean.
Back inside the apartment, the bedroom on offer is carpeted and comes with a queen-sized bed, mirrored dresser and built-in wardrobes. A bay window has plantation shutters and showcases views through to Bronte and the ocean. The apartment’s renovated bathroom has a full length bathtub with overhead shower and polished concrete flooring. Note: there are no internal laundry facilities, but there’s a laundrette a few doors away.
The Neighborhood:
While the apartment is located in a quiet, relaxed part of Bondi, it’s just 7 minutes’ walk to the eateries and shops on Campbell Parade and Sydney’s world-famous Bondi Beach. It's even closer to Tamarama Beach (5 minutes on foot) and 2 minutes down the road to Mark's Park, where you might be lucky enough to see migrating whales in winter. The Bondi-to-Bronte coastal walk can be accessed a short walk from the apartment. For more shopping and dining options, Bondi Road is a 3 minute' stroll away, while major shopping and transport hub, Bondi Junction, is 10 minutes' away by bus.
Getting Around:
With only timed street parking available, this apartment is best suited to guests who use public transport. Bus services are only a few minutes’ walk away on Bondi Road, delivering you to Bondi Beach in one direction, and Bondi Junction and the CBD (Downtown) in the other. Bondi Junction itself is a major transport hub, offering train and bus services throughout metropolitan Sydney.
Other Things to Note:
* Parking pass is offered for $25 per day .
* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
