The Pool House on the Hill

Its all about the Pool and the view! This spectacular pool house will make your trip to the Mornington Peninsula a time to remember! it is a self contained building with its own parking and access which is situated beside the owners house. It is a great space to relax and a great base to explore the Peninsula.

Important Information about the Pool:

The Gas heated pool normally sits between 28 and 30 Degrees all year round. Please not that this 28 – 30 Degrees will feel warm in summer but will feel cool on entry. It IS NOT spa temperature (which is typically 36-40 degrees.

A dehumidifier runs throughout the day but can be turned off at night so that there is not background noise when sleeping. The pool temperature will reduce from 8pm and will start warming from 9pm in the morning. Please note it will take some time to get back to full temperature depending on the ambient temperature that day and how much it reduced overnight.

Please note: The owner lives in the house next door but gives leaves guests to their own devices unless requested to assist.

Our properties are self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not:

Included:

Linen:
• Bed Linin including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets)
• One bath towel per person.
• Hand towels in the bathroom
• T towels for the kitchen

A starter pack in including:
• 4 x toilet roles per toilet
• Hand soap
• Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided)
• Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes

What is not included:
• Flat sheets
• Beach or pool towels
• Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods.
• Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables.
• Face clothes/washers
• Shampoo and conditioner.
• Wood for Fires and Firepits where applicable.
• NO PARTIES
• NO SCHOOLIES
• No Loud Music
• Quiet hours after 9pm
• No Pets
• No Smoking
• All Cars must be parked on Premises.
