Nestled on the shores of Lake Huron, this charming cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort and fun for families and couples alike.

INSIDE
Step inside to discover an open-concept layout with floor-to-ceiling windows framing stunning lake views. The living room invites cozy nights by the gas fireplace, while the dining area seats 8 for memorable meals together. The kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with modern amenities and everything you need to whip up delicious meals.

Upstairs, a second living room with a large Smart TV offers the ideal spot for movie nights or simply unwinding while overlooking the lake. With 4 bedrooms, this cottage comfortably sleeps 8 guests.

OUTSIDE
The fun continues with a huge front yard perfect for games like badminton and volleyball. Enjoy grilling up your favorite meals on the back deck with a propane BBQ, then gather around the campfire in the evening on the Adirondack chairs.

For water enthusiasts, the lake access right in the backyard provides endless opportunities for adventure. Hop on the single kayak or paddleboard to explore the waters, or let the kids play all day on the lake mat.

Note: Approx. 50 stairs down your private access to the Lake. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all.

NOTE: Parking is limited to 4 vehicles

Linens are available for $20/person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Max occupancy at all times is 8, violation will result in removal without refund. This property may be equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections & may have camera's outside at the entrance)

Clan Gregor Square is the heart of our quaint community where many local festivals/carshows and you won't want to miss the farmers market in season. Pioneer Park is another local favorite—kids will love cooling down at the splash pad. There's always something happening here, whether it's morning yoga or artists painting the sunset.

Wander downtown and find your new favorite cafe, and be sure to save a day to explore Bayfield's wineries and breweries! Just a few minutes away, you can enjoy an amazing wine tasting experience at Hessenland Inn & Schatz Winery.

Visit during the off-season to catch favorite annual events like VetteFest or for a girl's getaway weekend—we're happy to suggest our favorite local spas, wineries and breweries, shops, and yoga classes.

With wooded trails, scenic country vistas, and stunning Lake Huron, Bayfield is a beautiful place to explore no matter the season. Bring your hiking boots and plan a trip during leaf-peeping season for a display of color, or come enjoy the quiet of winter and crunch through the snow in evergreen forests.
