Summary:
Our seasonal rental Quad 5 townhome is located in Paseo - an amenities rich gated community minutes to Daniels Parkway and I-75 in Fort Myers, Florida. The community includes a resort style heated regular and kids pool, a full tiki bar, an on site pub and bistro, a movie theater and a gym! Court sports on site include Tennis and Pickleball courts -don't miss out on this fabulous opportunity! Take a look at the aerial photos to see all of these sprawling amenities.

The Space:
Your Accommodations:

Welcome to our beautiful townhome that has a one car garage located on the back of the unit, it faces Quad #5 and has a lovely front screened lanai. As you arrive through the lanai there is an outdoor loveseat and 2 chairs along with a coffee table which is a wonderful to relax and enjoy a meal, cocktail or morning cup of coffee. This looks out to a sidewalk and street where you can easily walk to drive to the amenities in Paseo. There are miles of sidewalks throughout Paseo to meander and wonder throughout this scenic community.

As you enter our townhome you will come in the open concept family room, kitchen and dining spaces. Our family room has a sofa and 3 chairs, a coffee table and guests will enjoy our large flat screen TV. The sofa is a sleeper sofa. The room looks out towards the front porch. The dining room nook is connected to the family room and has a table to seat 4. Directly adjacent is the kitchen which has seating for 2 at the bar chairs pulled up to the kitchen counter.

The counter is quite well equipped and it features a stainless steel package of appliances and granite counter tops. There is down lighting so it's easy to see while cooking and as you cook you can converse with your friends in family that are in the adjacent rooms. There is a half bathroom located just beyond the kitchen and the garage door is at the end of the kitchen as well.

On the second floor of our townhome is where the two bedrooms and laundry room are located. As you come onto the top landing of the stairs there is a built in desk that can be used to stay connected while residing here and this would make a great area for a digital nomad to come and use the townhome in our off season.

The main bedroom suite features a King bed, twin night stands with lamps and a large dresser. This room looks out towards the quad. The large en suite main bathroom features a granite topped vanity with dual sinks and lights. There is a water closet with a pocket door and a glass enclosed shower.

The second bedroom contains a Queen bed and it has dual nightstands with lamps, a dresser with a TV atop it. There is a large closet for guests to use as well. The second bathroom is just outside of this bedroom and it is great for kids and grand kids as it contains a shower and tub combo as well as a single sink in the vanity.

The laundry room is conveniently located on the second floor and it has a full sized washer and dryer and a wire shelf to hole detergent and clothes can be hung and air dried from it. Please make sure to take a look at the floor plan to see how our town home is laid out.

Our townhome located in the southeast part of Paseo and it is one of the few condos located in a quad (#5) which contains its own pool which is separate from the main pool at the amenities center towards the center of the community.

Paseo's Village Center is the vibrant heart of the Paseo community, offering a dynamic blend of social, recreational, and dining experiences.

Social Hub:

Residents gather for coffee and tea in the mornings, fostering connections and conversation. Afternoons delight with ice cream treats at our own ice cream parlor, perfect for all ages.

Entertainment:

Enjoy a fabulous "date-night" with friends at our 100-seat, state-of-the-art theater, complete with complimentary popcorn.
Catch recently released movies right within the community.

Library Oasis:

Immerse yourself in our Village Center library, a haven for book lovers. Access complimentary Wi-Fi at computer workstations.

Enjoy Al Fresco dining at the poolside Tiki, or grab ice cream and complimentary coffee at the Village Center cafe daily

The Small Print:

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Fort Myers is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is less then a 20 minute drive from Paseo!

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There is an additional $100 application fee NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. This paperwork and reservation agreement will be automatically sent upon confirmation if booking. The application to the association is all done online on Tenant Eval

Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received.
