The Space:
As you step into the apartment, you will be amazed to see the beauty of this exquisite, classy-designed apartment. This naturally lit, bright apartment is comprised of a relaxing open living space integrated with a kitchen and dining space, making the apartment airy and ventilated.

The living area is designed with terrific oversized windows and packed with a comfortable sofa set that is upholstered to the optimum level of comfort, and there is a big flat-screen 65” TV where you can sit back and relax while watching the latest movie. This area will be a great spot for you to relax and have unforgettable moments with your friends and family. This area is complemented with a beautiful contemporary center table, soft carpet, planters, and aesthetic drop lights.

Enjoy your meals with your family and friends in the dining area, which comes with four leatherette-upholstered dining chairs on a round marble-topped dining table. Whether you plan to simply eat outside, order online, or practice your cooking skills, the open kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that you need for cooking, including a stove, hood, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all dishware and cookware are in the kitchen cabinets.

The apartment offers two bedrooms, and every bedroom is designed with a unique interior. It has a comfortable king-sized bed at the master’s and a queen-sized bed on the other, and both have ultra-soft mattresses fitted with premium-quality linens and pillows to cuddle up in the bed all throughout the day. A soft carpet, bedside table with lamp, accent mirror with stool for your vanity, built-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom complete the master’s bedroom. The best part of this is that the two bedrooms have oversized glass walls for more picturesque views.

The communal bathroom is packed with fluffy towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The balcony is accessible from the living room and complete with outdoor furniture, making it an ideal place to have a morning coffee, an evening drink, or an afternoon siesta with your loved ones while admiring the peaceful views.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to gym, kid's play area, yoga room, cinema and parking is on request.

The Neighborhood:
Downtown Dubai is a dynamic city hub described as ’The Centre of Now’ that has cemented Dubai’s reputation as a truly global city. The architecture of the buildings in this place can make anyone look up to admire them in daylight or even night-time. Buildings are built and modelled after some famous ones around the world. It has a unique mix of aesthetically designed residential towers and commercial precincts. It boasts of several world-class hotels including the world’s first Armani Hotel and Emaar’s flagship The Address, Vida, and Manzil hotels.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai by riding a train, the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station is 11 minutes away. You can get on a train and get around Dubai easily.

Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from DXB by taxi (30min). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
