Located inside a resort community in the gorgeous Wears Valley area, every inch of this custom home has been lovingly redesigned with bold looks and premium amenities. With room for 20 guests across an impressive 4,700 square feet of clean, contemporary living space, its nothing short of a full-blown family playground complete with an indoor pool, movie theater, game room, hot tub and more!

1. Youre close to it all. Tucked amid the trees in the Tennessee mountains, youll be free to relax, unwind and take in the views, while only being a short distance to all the good, touristy fun this part of the state is famous for. Pigeon Forge and Dollywood are just 10 miles to the northeast, and one of the quietest gates of Great Smoky Mountains National Park is just 7 miles to the south.


2. This cabin is packed with indoor family fun. From the indoor pool to the theater with stadium style sofas, a giant flatscreen, LED theater lighting and soft curtains to give you the best sound quality possible. Meanwhile the game room has a standup arcade, flatscreen TV, a full-size ping-pong table, and lots of board games. While you play, youll enjoy huge views of your surroundings via the row of floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as direct access to the deck outside.


3. The outdoor hang spaces. Take in the fresh mountain air from any of the three large decks that bedeck each of this homes floors. For those who love to cook outside, we offer a propane gas grill and seating on the main level. On the top level you'll find a brand-new putting green that will have you draining six-footers amid the treetops. And you can finish your night with a final cocktail and an evening soak in the bottom decks outdoor hot tub.


4. Ample supplies and extras. The extras are everywhere in this house and we promise youll notice them! From big things like blackout shades and premium mattresses and linens in the bedrooms to small things like plenty of laundry and bathroom stuff, this is the kind of vacation rental youd operate if you were in charge. Throw in the premium cookware and matching dishes in the cabinets and the extra towels everywhere, and youll enjoy a trip that truly feels like home.


5. The bedrooms. Each of the 6 bedrooms in this home has its own bathroom a crucial convenience when youre rolling with a couple dozen fellow houseguests. Three of the rooms feature king beds, while even the kids enjoy queen-size bunk beds in this homes two themed bunk rooms.


Other Things To Note


The pool at this home is always heated to 72 degrees. If youd like to increase the pool heat to a maximum of 86 degrees, the cost is $30 per day. Let us know at the time of your booking (or 24 hours prior to your check in time at the latest!).

No Chore Checkout We hate the long lists of chores that lots of hosts require. All we ask is that you shut the door securely on your way out you have enough to take care of while traveling home. Leave the linens, dishes, and garbage to us.

Our bathrooms have tons of super-soft towels and our favorite soaps and shampoos. And our laundry rooms come with detergent and other cleaning supplies should you need them. Of course, well have toilet paper, paper towels and coffee there before you arrive.

FAQs


Does Overmoon allow pets?

While we love all pets, we only allow dogs at our homes. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed and youll be charged a flat pet fee of $250. If any member of your rental party requires accompaniment by a registered service animal, notification at the time of booking is required.


Does this home have a crib, high chair, or other baby/toddler gear?

Yes! We have a pack & play, high chair, step stool, books, toys, dishware and more all included free of charge.


Does Overmoon have a minimum age requirement?

Yes, you have to be at least 21 years old to rent this property.
