If you like walking on the beach, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, photography, jet skiing, boating, or laying in the sun, you'll have the vacation of a lifetime right here. From your front row seats to the Little Lagoon, you'll enjoy blue herons and pelicans right outside your door. Your children will be so busy fishing, swimming in the pool and playing on the beach that they'll forget they ever had a cell phone. Bring your jet skis or your boat, we have a boat ramp and parking for your trailer. The beach access is directly across the street, the pool is right outside your door and the fishing pier is in plain view of your balcony, so you can watch the little ones check their crab traps and fish while you relax like you deserve.

Everyone will get worn out and sleep comes early after a hard day of play, but before you turn in, treat yourself to a sunset that you'll remember forever. You'll be glad you came and we hope to see you again soon.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig, ensuring you start your day right. Gather around the dining area with seating for 6 to enjoy meals together. After dinner, unwind on either of the two decks—whether you're enjoying a quiet evening under the stars or sharing stories with loved ones.

Enjoy modern amenities including free WiFi and a washer and dryer for added convenience. The community pool area is enclosed by a fence for safety and privacy, and it features comfortable sun loungers where guests can relax and soak up the sun. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, tv, private bath with combination of shower and tub.
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Single beds.

Access to our sugar sands beach is right across the street at 1785 West Beach Blvd! This property allows guests from 1784 West Beach Blvd to access the beach through its grounds, ensuring easy enjoyment of the sun and sand.
