Highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room 1202 east was excellent. Very clean, great location, and felt like home. Plus the views of course. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Family Fun

The condo was better than expected! Large clean rooms, everything you need, amazing gulf front views! Close to shopping and restaurants. We all said this was our favorite place to stay and look forward to going back!

Great Time

We had a great time at the condo. It is in a perfect location and walked to Pier Park a couple of nights. Very clean. Beautiful gulf views! We would stay here again!

Really Nice, Clean & Pleasant Stay

Awesome accommodations..to our surprise the Condo 1202 was fully equipped right down to the chairs , pails & shovels for our Grandbabies .Only 1 small issue with the rude desk clerk ..we booked with Vrbo the clerk said tbey could not help us with anything..we didn't go through them ..very rude!!

Great location

Condo could have been cleaner. Furniture seemed well worn, perhaps use slipcovers to remove and wash? It didn’t feel clean to sit on without a towel. A few outlets in the kitchen did not work. AC worked great. Coffeemaker was nice. Beds were comfortable. Slept well. Dryer was slow to dry clothes and towels. Did have one issue with shower drain. Very prompt response and resolution.

Great Condo!

Everything was just as advertised, very clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. The views of the sun setting on the gulf was simply outstanding. Shopping, restaurants and nightlife was walking distance away. All in all a great Jazz Festival getaway and we will definitely come back to this unit again!

Great Location

The unit was roomy and well equipped. The cleanliness was par with other places we have rented. Although the extra bedding (blankets) had not been cleaned and they all had dried urine on them. The property is on the beach and you can walk to almost everything.

Family Vacation

Great location. Nice condo. My family really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and shops. Could use some better patio furniture cushions were ripped and better cleaning staff. The condo was cleaned but there was food on dishes, sinks & tubs were not cleaned properly. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

Great Condo - Except cancellation policy.

First time to Panama City Beach and enjoyed it very much. Wasn’t happy about the non-cancellation policy, my dad became ill and I really should have stayed home but couldn’t risk losing $4k+. Overall I was very happy with unit and Calypso Resort. Before you book your unit, check the cancellation policy. I even purchased insurance and wasn’t able to cancel for a refund. Other units within Calypso offer Free Cancellation within a certain time frame. Then the refund decreases the closer to your arrival date. If we come back, I will rent another unit with Free Cancellation. If you’re not concerned with that, this unit would be rated a 9.7. The hall bathroom toilet was dirty with black streaks. And make sure you come with extra toilet paper and paper towels. We did, but for the record they only leave you (1) roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and (1) roll of paper towels. I’m a single mom and brought my 17 y/o son, 10 y/o daughter and one of her friends. Pools were perfect. Super easy access to beach. This unit does come with daily chairs and umbrella at the beach. I recommend you getting to hut downstairs by 9am to reserve yours. They are first come first serve. Owners were nice and easy to contact. Loved the access code key pad for the entrance. Not having to pack a key or open a lock box to get a key was very convenient, especially for the kids going up and down. The patio was large and stretches from the living room to the master bedroom. I slept with my curtains open so I could watch the sun rise. Unit was spacious and kitchen had plenty of utensils and things needed. If you do plan on bringing or buying food to cook. Make sure you get salt and pepper. Haha.

Excellent

Our stay was truly excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient property. If we had wanted to, we wouldn’t have needed to get into our vehicle at all at this location. It’s close to the pier and that’s my favorite part. We were able to go fish the Russell-Fields pier and enjoy ourselves. When we return this will be our desired place to stay!

Family Vacation

This was a perfect place for our vacation. Walking distance to Pier Park was great. If you don’t plan on renting chairs and want to bring your own tent just know that you will have to walk to the end of the chairs to set up and it isn’t a short walk in the sun while carrying or pulling a wagon. Other then that it was a great time! Don’t forget to have your groceries and alcohol delivered straight to your room upon arrival so you can actually relax and not sending anytime shopping.

Awesome condo with great views

This condo was very nice. It had a decent supply of kitchen items. Great layout. And the view of the beach was awesome from the patio. I have stayed I this particular condo twice now. The water pressure in the master shower read amazing. Only adding a handheld wand would make it even better. It also came with a beach chair rental everyday as well.

Very nice room and vacation. The overall property was wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was nice and very clean. Furniture is a little dated. The pillows on king were really soft/cheapest. The tub did not drain well. Need new sheets on king and queen beds. Overall satisfaction. The two free beach chairs and chairs in room were nice touch. Overall great vacation.

Absolutely wonderful

We really could not of asked for a better stay. The view was gorgeous. Clean. Easy to check in. Actually sad they are already booked for the week we would have liked to come next year, as we were looking to rebook already because we loved it so much. Communication was great and easy. Calypso was also very friendly and accomodating as well. They do only allow you to purchase 2 parking passes, but they did give us a temp tag for our 3rd car to park outside of the garage.
