The Space:
Our smartly designed studio is ideal for a couple, a solo traveler or three friends. The condo complex is in the most coveted location in Playa del Carmen -- Zazil Ha, a local and visitor favorite, between the beach and 5th Ave. You’ll also be steps from the prettiest street in Playa, 38th Street from 5th to the beach! Enjoy Mexico's Caribbean and fun beach clubs nearby plus, the condo complex has an oceanview rooftop with a swimming pool, sun loungers, and a modern gym, so you don’t miss a workout while on vacation.

Enjoy a stylish and relaxing space with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare a basic meal at home. It also has a coffee maker to kickstart your mornings and a blender for afternoon beverages. You'll find a two-top table for dining inside and a little table and chairs outside on your private balcony. Both places are perfect for enjoying a meal or a laptop workspace if needed.

Get a restful night's sleep in the plush king bed with soft pillows and quality linens. The room has a ceiling fan and air conditioning for comfort. There is a sofa nearby and a Smart TV for relaxing downtime at home after a fun day. The sofa opens to a single sofa bed for a third guest if required.

Guest Access:
When you arrive, please check in at the front desk reception. From there, you’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the complex's amenities.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll be in the most coveted neighborhood, Zazil Ha, between the beach and the famous 5th Ave pedestrian walk street with shops, bars/restaurants, nightlife, and more! Plus, just steps from the prettiest street in Playa (38th St from 5th Ave to the beach) and near some of the best beach clubs are in walking distance too!

Getting Around:
The property is about 53 km | 33 miles from Cancun International Airport (CUN), which is about a 50-minute drive when there’s no traffic! But please check your map app for accurate driving time when you arrive. The best way to arrive is to prearrange transportation or a rental car. There is an assigned parking spot for you at the complex. If you need help with arranging transport from the airport, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

Please note that the following areas are under construction and out of order until further notice: Top floor gym, pool, and rooftop. 

- We can help with additional services, including an airport transfer if needed. Just let us know!
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll use a building code to enter the building and first check in at the front desk. You’ll also use a code to the lockbox to retrieve the condo keys. All codes will be provided to you before your arrival.
