HOUSE RULES:
This is a family friendly home and the main floor is occupied by the host.
STRICT NO SHOES POLICY IN THE SUITE. Please remove your shoes at the main entrance.
Bring house slippers if you wish, for your comfort.
Please use the organics (under kitchen sink) and recycling bin (laundry room) as needed
1. No Smoking Policy ($500 Penalty): Guests are strictly prohibited from smoking inside the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. A Penalty fee ($500) WILL be charged for violating this rule to cover the cost of deep cleaning.
2. No Parties or Events ($500 Penalty): Guests are not allowed to host parties or events on the premises without prior approval from the host. This is to maintain the peace and security of the neighborhood and the property. Violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction and additional charges. (Guest who is making the reservation must provide ID and be over the age of 21+)
3. Maximum Occupancy: There is a max limit of 5 guests. No additional guests beyond this limit or booking will be terminated.
Only guests that are on the reservation/booking are permitted to stay at the property. There will be a penalty of $500 for any person staying that is not on the booking. Please advise hosts about any visitors.
4. Quiet Hours ($500 Penalty): Guests are expected to respect the quiet hours established by the host, typically during the late evening and early morning hours. Excessive noise during these times WILL result in penalties or complaints from neighbors.
5. No Pet Policy ($500 Penalty): Guests should adhere to the host's NO PET policy.
6. Check-in and Check-out Times ($100 Per Hour -Penalty) : Guests are expected to adhere to the check-in and check-out times (Check-In 4:00pm – Check-Out 11am). Late check-out without prior approval WILL result in additional charges. Early check-in may be possible upon request at an extra charge
7. Any damage within the property will incur a replacement/repair fee determined by the host.
8. Extra Cleaning Fee ($250/Hour): Extra cleaning fee may be charged to cover the cost of extra cleaning for the property or replacement of soiled linens and towels.
9. Cancellation Policy: Guests should familiarize themselves with the host's strict cancellation policy, which dictates the terms for cancelling a reservation and any applicable fees.
10. Local Regulations: Guests are expected to comply with local laws and regulations, including those related to noise, parking, and waste disposal.
11. A note to our Guests about OUTLETS IN THE SUITE
Please be mindful of the things that you plug into the outlets in the suite. Please do not plug in multiple things at the same time. Doing so might cause the breaker to trip as there is a maximum load capacity. If you are unsure about a particular device, please ask before using to ensure there are no issues.
We have labeled the designated plugs for the Iron (Kitchen) and Hair Tools (Bathroom).

12. . Early Check-in: Please note that a fee of $10/hr will be charged if early check-in is possible.
13. All reservations longer than 2 nights will incur a cleaning fee of $65.
