The Space:
Welcome to our inviting apartment with 1,506 sq ft of living space, including a private pool and a separate “pool house” where the third bedroom is located. You’ll be in the center of it all here, in the heart of downtown La Paz! Our home has a secure gate entry and plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests, which is ideal if you’re traveling as a group.
Enjoy lounging around by your pool. There’s covered dining, sun loungers, and a gas BBQ grill for grill nights or pool days. It’s a great spot to come and unwind after your daily adventures!
The home features a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and essentials you’d need to prepare meals at home and a dining table to enjoy your creations in comfort without needing to tip a wait staff!
There’s a sofa sitting area with a Smart TV for enjoying relaxing downtime between activities. And when it’s time to rest, recharge and refresh, you’ll find three bedrooms and 2 ½ baths to accommodate your vacation crew. BEDROOM 1 has a king bed, BEDROOM 2 has a queen and a bunk bed with three twin beds (can fit up to 5 in here!), and BEDROOM 3 is in the separate pool house with a queen bed and bathroom with stand-in shower.
With the property all on one level, you’ll find it’s wheelchair accessible in the event that’s needed. Other amenities you’ll find here are a washer and dryer out on the covered patio and a workstation (desk) with good WiFi for the remote worker(s) or for streaming your TV shows. The property is located in La Paz’s Zona Central (Central Zone), just 6 blocks from the water and the seaside Malecón (pedestrian promenade), so you’ll have easy access to all the attractions, local hotspots, beaches, water sports, shopping and world-class golf courses! The property is about 12 km |7 mi to/from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 192 km | 119 mi to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.
- During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages. At times, you may be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us and the environment with the water shortage. Please use water consciously, turn it off when not needed, and recycle your shower water to use to flush the toilet if needed. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower as you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the toilet). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.
- The property runs on water tanks. We provide a full cistern upon arrival. If it is necessary to refill the water during your stay, we must inform you that it will be your responsibility. To help conserve water, a precious asset, we recommend you: 1) Turn off the faucet while you wash your dishes, brush your teeth or lather your hands. 2) Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering up 3) If you use the washing machine, please wash only when you have a full load.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team.
Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. A default will be a $20 USD fine.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Upon arrival, we provide a few starter essentials like drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap, and trash bags. In each bathroom, there is a roll of toilet paper, liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels. Just note that these items are not replenished during the stay.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur, lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains, which will be charged at check out also, if any extra cleaning costs are needed as a result of the stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool maintenance is conducted on Mondays and Thursdays between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Please note that they do not need to enter the house during these times.
