The spacious living room features a gray, comfortable sofa that is convertible into a bed (sleep 1) where you may rest while watching your preferred shows on the HD 55” TV. This tranquil area of the apartment is finished with a chic coffee table, a decorative wall accent, a console rack, and a soft carpet. There are also drop lights that give off a soft, glowing vibe, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Oversized windows finish off this heavenly space.

Don't miss out on taking advantage of the private balcony that this apartment has to offer. Adjacent to it is the dining space, which has a round glass-topped table paired with upholstered chairs in moss green where three people can comfortably sit.

Thinking about what to serve your family? Worry no more, as this apartment also comes with a fully equipped kitchen that has all the appliances you need for preparing tasty dishes in no time. Cook your meals in a fully functional kitchen equipped with an electric range-hood stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, cookware, and a huge fridge with its own kitchen cabinets and drawers that completes the space.

It has a double-sized bed that will welcome you with its comfortable mattress fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows to ensure superb comfort during your sleep. Not to mention the sliding door that makes the space a highlight.

The bathroom has soft, fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion to ensure you'll have a great stay!

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to pool, gym and parking is also available upon request.

***Please be advised that there will be maintenance and renovations taking place within the basement car parking area from 14st September 2024 to 14th October 2024.
During this process, guests and residents are recommended to approach to a security personnel for parking lot assistance.

The Neighborhood:
Downtown Dubai is a prime location - Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, and a lot of more are right on your doorstep. An endless selection of restaurants, cafes and shops await you. You can also easily access Dubai International Trade Centre Exhibition Halls by riding a train at the metro station. It’s the place to be!

To escape the city buzz, the beach (Kite Beach) is only about 15 minutes away. You can be sure to enjoy every bit of it!

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai by riding a train, the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station is 11 minutes away. You can get on a train and get around Dubai easily.

Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from DXB by taxi (30min). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
