The entire house is smoke and pet-free, well-maintained, sparkling clean and very tidy. I have a protocol in place to keep things maintained and orderly. :)

Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed, first aid kit and a fire extinguisher are available.

You'll have access to the microwave, air fryer and fridge in the kitchen (long-term guests are welcome to use the stove for light cooking), front porch, and backyard. Free parking space, WiFi, books, magazines, local tourism pamphlets and newspapers, and a Roku TV with access to Prime Video, Netflix and many more channels (Global and CNN channels streaming live).

The main floor (living room and kitchen), backyard and front porch are shared spaces. The basement is off-limits.

The entrance is through the main door using a keyless lock. Your room has a lock for your privacy.

For your and our protection, like in hotel lobbies/corridors, a motion detection security camera is installed in the main kitchen (common area), and one is installed facing outside the house, covering the front door and driveway.
