Bedroom 1, the primary suite, features a plush king bed, couch, 65" Smart TV, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with dual-sink vanity and large stand-in shower. The other bedrooms all have queen-size beds with designer headboards, 55” Smart TVs, large custom closets, ensuite bathrooms, and large stand-in showers.

Guest Access:
El Tigre requires the identification of all persons staying at the home at least 7 days prior to arrival. Someone will greet you and personally hand you the keys. Guests have access to the entire house and private pool/backyard. The only area off-limits is the owner’s office in the home.

The Neighborhood:
The gated community of El Tigre Golf and Country Club provides a high-quality lifestyle in a beautiful tropical setting with upscale amenities, golfing excellence, and a vibrant community atmosphere. It's a 3-4 min drive to Nuevo Vallarta Beach and close to the airport, downtown Puerto Vallarta and the seaside walkway, the Malecón. Inside El Tigre, stop by Paradise Plaza, where you will find several shops and restaurants, including a grocery store, Starbucks, Buonissimo ice cream shop, and more. The community also offers amenities like the Kid’s World, tennis/pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a spa, just to name a few. Just note that access to certain areas of the complex has restrictions.

Getting Around:
The property is 10 km | 6 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). If you are arriving by car, there is parking for 2 cars in front of the house in the driveway. There is a golf cart available for a daily rental fee as well.

Bringing external providers to the property is strictly prohibited. If you need any extra services, such as cleaning or a private chef, you can easily arrange and book them directly at the property.

Electricity is included for up to 100kWh. Consumption will be calculated based on the difference between the meter reading at check-in and the meter reading at check-out, with a fee of 6 MXN per extra kilowatt used. Please assist us in conserving energy by using the AC responsibly.

- The home has its own pool and yard, but if you’d like to enjoy El Tigre’s communal activities, such as the Beach Club and the "El Tigre" Sports & Racquet Club, and are staying between 3-14 nights, you can do so for an EXTRA CHARGE of $1,000 MXN per person, per stay. Golf is also available at an additional fee, and guests should make their own tee time reservations (subject to availability).
- Golf carts can be rented for an extra fee (subject to availability).
- Please avoid walking on the golf course as it’s private property.
- Travelers must be at least 30 years of age or older to book, no students.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN. Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us at least a week before the check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
- The resort requires identification for all the persons staying at the property at least 7 days before arrival. Guests may also be asked to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay if identity verification is needed.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises; this includes tobacco and cannabis, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $200 USD penalty and will cause you to be banned from the premises.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- We provide some complimentary basic essentials, such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Please note these are not replenished.
Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. A mandatory weekly cleaning is required for stays of 7 nights or more.
- Electricity included is 100 kWh per night. Any overage is an extra $6 pesos per kWh.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. If damages/loss incurred exceed the security deposit, you will be charged accordingly upon checkout and must pay in cash.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests are not allowed to walk on the golf course.
- Towels are not for beach usage. Only beach towels are permitted in common areas.
- Please do not hang towels over railings or balconies.
- We are not responsible for any type of loss or valuables left behind.
- We are not responsible for any accidents related to the guests or companions inside the premises or El Tigre complex.
*Any fault in complying with the comment before will cause a direct cancelation of the booking without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:
After your host greets you to check you in and leave you the keys, you’ll have complete privacy and exclusive access to the home.
