Experience sleek sophistication in beautiful North Melbourne in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Just a stone's throw from the Melbourne CBD and yet more peaceful than you would imagine. The apartment has a huge terrace balcony, which is as large as the whole apartment and has sweeping city views.
The apartment feels light, bright and spacious, with it's open plan kitchen, dining living area, flowing out to the terrace balcony. The designer kitchen with it's Miele appliances and natural stone island/breakfast bar has everything you would need to whip up a midweek meal or put together an amazing platter for a relaxed weekend. No food? No problem, with Woolworths and a few other shops just a lift ride away!
The two bedrooms, both facing the terrace balcony, have large wardrobes and the master bedroom has it's own ensuite. There is also a study area with hardwired internet (or wifi) if you can't help but bring work with you.
If you like to be a little more social, there are two communal cinema spaces and a rooftop garden in the apartment building. Surrounded by green spaces, this property is near the Arden Street Oval, North Melbourne Football Club's training ground. Also close to the North Melbourne Recreation Centre, Melrose/Errol Street shops and cafes and Queen Victoria Market.

There is a mix of boutique shopping, arts and community experiences as well.
See contemporary dance, arts and theatre at Arts House or visit a festival in the iconic heritage listed building, Meat Market. Royal Park and the Melbourne Zoo are close by - only 10 mins by bus.
If you're a keen TV and movie buff, you may recognise Errol Street an iconic shopping strip featured in movies such as Shantaram and TV series Fisk.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTThe closest train station is Macaulay on the the Upfield line. It's a 415m walk from there. The closest bus stop is almost at your doorstop, at Melrose St/Canning St and the closest tram stop is about 700m at the Haines St/Abbotsford St Stop 16. The number 402 bus stops at the Melrose St/Canning St stop and runs between Footscray and Carlton, skimming the top of the Melbourne CBD. The tram is the number 57 West Maribynong - Flinders St Station City.
