The large covered alfresco area features a comfortable outdoor lounge, outdoor dining setting for 6 people, as well as indoor-outdoor entertaining with an open-out window from the kitchen to the rear entertaining area, with bar seating for 4 people plus mini bar fridge to keep all of your favourite drinks cool, perfect for late afternoon get-togethers or simply to relax after a long day exploring all that Newcastle has to offer!
What a gorgeous, tranquil setting for a truly fabulous long weekend getaway or perhaps even a longer stay!
The Master bedroom offers a comfortable Queen size bed, ceiling fan, newly-renovated ensuite, walk-in robe plus built-in wardrobe - plenty of hanging/storage space for you to unpack during your stay! The second bedroom also features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan and built-in robe. The third bedroom contains a double bed, ceiling fan, A/C and built-in wardrobe, and the fourth separate bedroom also features a double bed, with wall fan, extra toilet and sink. All bedrooms feature new block-out blinds, perfect for shift workers or that lazy Sunday sleep-in!
The open plan living/dining and kitchen features two comfortable sofas (2 & 3-seater), ceiling fan, A/C and 6 seater dining table. The kitchen is complete with cooking pots, plates, utensils and fridge.
The large covered alfresco area features an outdoor 6-seater dining table and comfortable outdoor lounge, perfect for late afternoon get-togethers or simply to relax after a long day exploring all that Newcastle has to offer!
Allow your pets to play in the secure, fully fenced, rear yard, and park on the street with plenty of free, off-street parking.

You are welcome to park in the carport, or on the street. Please be mindful of all signage, as well as neighbouring driveways.
