Welcome to a brand-new townhome built in the Panorama Mountain Resort! We are excited to introduce a modern townhome that’s perfect for friends and families to get away. It is the first vacation home owned by our family and we are very excited to share it with you guys!

Our townhome was built in 2024 and is in a prime location. It is a ski-in/ski-out place, includes a private hot tub, modern interior and finishes, comfortable living areas and is within walking distance of the Panorama Village.

Location:
Located at the bottom of the Silver Platter T Bar lift, our town home provides easy access to the Panorama Mountain Resort. The Silver Platter T Bar brings you up the mountain to the ski lodge and main ski lifts. All bikers, hikers and skiers will enjoy easy access to the beautiful trails and ski hills located on the mountain. We are approx. 5-7 min walk (3-4 min bike ride) to the hot pools, restaurants and main village.

Accommodation:
The home can comfortably sleep up to 9 adults/children. As per condo bylaws we cannot exceed this occupancy. The interior of the home boasts a modern design with 4 bedrooms. On the upper level, there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and private ensuite bathroom, another bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a third bedroom with a triple bunk for the kids. Also, on the upper level is a full bath with a tub and shower as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The second/main floor is where all the fun happens with a kitchen, living and dining room and a half bath. Our townhome was designed to maximize space and comfort for vacationing friends and families while they enjoy all Panorama has to offer. The kitchen is fully equipped with new high-end appliances and beautiful countertops, making meal preparation on your trip a breeze. In the kitchen you will find a toaster, blender, kerig coffee machine with pods provided and an electric skillet. The living room is equipped with a 60-inch TV, a fireplace and a lazy boy lounging sectional. Go out onto the deck and enjoy your private hot tub overlooking the mountains; perfect for relaxing.
In the lower level, there is another bedroom with a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The lower level includes a heated garage parking stall as well as an additional parking spot in front of the garage. After a day on the slope, enjoy the boot dryer and ski/snowboard storage as well.

Access:
The Panorama Mountain Resort is a tremendous getaway. The community is small and everything you need is minutes away. The shops and restaurants of Panorama Village are just a walk away. There is a small grocery store for you to pick up any items you missed bringing out to the mountain saving you a trip back to Invermere.

Embrace the excitement of Panorama Mountain Resort in our beautiful townhome. The mountain has all the activities one could ask for in a mountain resort including world class mountain biking with lessons, cross country biking trails, easy to hard hiking trails and in the winter months downhill skiing and snowboarding, cross country skiing and for the extra adventurous heli skiing. It also boasts the Greywolf golf course that consistently ranks in the top 20 of Canada (as well as many other great courses in the area), high quality restaurants, heli skiing, white water rafting. Also, during the summer months the village offers lots of activities for the kids. You can purchase an adventure pass to give you access to the new mountain coaster, new aerial rope tower, mini golf, bungy trampoline, and a rock climbing wall.


Other things to note
Please note that Panorama Village is located at the top of a double lane mountain road in the Rocky Mountains. In the winter you may encounter poor road conditions and heavy snowfall. Please ensure your vehicle is equipped to handle these conditions as there will be no refunds issued due to weather conditions of any kind, unless the road is closed for at least 24 hours.

Remember you are in the mountains and you may encounter wildlife at the property such as bears, deer, cougars, squirrel etc. Please do not approach or feed wildlife and ensure that no garbage is left behind or left outside on the patio spaces.
