Included is access to all the amenities; gym, indoor & outdoor pools, spa & in house restaurant. This apartment has seating for 4. Wifi, TV & air con included. The kitchen is equipped for you to cook. The bedroom has a King bed with the lounge having 2 pull down beds. The bathroom has a roll in shower. Carparking is included. The laundry is down the hallway & coin operated.

• Body Corp does not allow clothes to be visible from outside while you are drying them.
• The key collection is from a different location (10 Hobson Street, Auckland CBD). We will send the information to you before your arrival date. We will send the information to you one week before your arrival date.
• We can arrange a private car transfer/meet/greet service for you at an extra cost. With this hassle-free service, the driver will pick up the key in advance, meet you at the airport, and drop you off directly at the apartment door. Please book at least 48 hours in advance.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $350 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it accordingly.

We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy for partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of other occupants in the complex.
