Absolute Waterfront with special views to the Auckland Harbour Bridge, Waitemata Harbour & North Shore. Spacious living in the living area and dining available on the private balcony. Air-con & Wifi included. The dining table has seating for 6. The kitchen is set for cooking. The Master bedroom has a King bed with a walk through wardrobe & ensuite which has a shower & bath. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. Parking is not included but is available on request & availability for an additional fee.

• Body Corp does not allow clothes to be visible from outside while you are drying them.
• The key collection is from a different location (10 Hobson Street, Auckland CBD). We will send the information to you before your arrival date. We will send the information to you one week before your arrival date.
• We can arrange a private car transfer/meet/greet service for you at an extra cost. With this hassle-free service, the driver will pick up the key in advance, meet you at the airport, and drop you off directly at the apartment door. Please book at least 48 hours in advance.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $600 up to $1500 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.

We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of other occupants in the complex.
