• The complex has a swimming pool, gym, sauna and SPA pool. The opening hour can vary depending on the Building Management.
• Provide 24/7 check-in – contact us in advance if you arrive outside of office hours.
• PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN. THE APARTMENT IS NOT CHILD-PROOF.
• The apartment is cleaned weekly (if you stay longer than 9 nights).
• A starter pack of bathroom and kitchen condiments is included, fresh linen and towels.

• As the interior is all in light colour, please be EXTRA CAREFULLY as they stain easily. You could be charged for extra if interior/furniture/carpet is stained.

***This is a popular apartment for newlyweds to take photos and videos in. Please note the following reminders if you plan to do so: ***

- The rental is only for this apartment inside only, so you are not able to take photos in the hotel lobby and common areas.
- There is a flight of stairs to go up to the apartment from the lift lobby. Please make sure to carry all your belongings to the apartment, otherwise, the hotel and the building management will complain and may issue a penalty.
- The interior of this apartment is all in light colour, therefore please make sure to be mindful about not transferring makeup or any other colours to them.
- All furniture needs to be returned to its original position before your departure.

• Body Corp does not allow clothes to be visible from outside while you are drying them.
• The key collection is from a different location (10 Hobson Street, Auckland CBD). We will send the information to you before your arrival date. We will send the information to you one week before your arrival date.
• We can arrange a private car transfer/meet/greet service for you at an extra cost. With this hassle-free service, the driver will pick up the key in advance, meet you at the airport, and drop you off directly at the apartment door. Please book at least 48 hours in advance.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $500 up to $1500 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.

We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of other occupants in the complex.
Photo ID, valid email and phone number required. Strictly no party and no noise between 11 pm to 7 am. Strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs in the apartment. A valid photo ID and a bond up to $1500 directly with us is required.
