This 80m2 apartment has a modern fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with a gas hob for the discerning cook. The airy sunny living dining area open onto the balcony. Wifi included, full laundry facilities. Hush glass and airconditioning ensure that you are not disturbed by the hustle and bustle of city living. Pop downstairs to the outdoor swimming pool surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and you will feel like you are on holiday.

There is also a heated 23 metre lap pool, spa pool, sauna, tennis court and gym on site. Entire complex is smoke free.

Minimum stay one week, apartment is serviced weekly including full linen change.

Quinovic Viaduct reserves the right to cancel a booking and offer a full refund or a replacement booking at its discretion.
Body Corp Rules require us to meet you on the property on arrival to take guests through the facilities and the Complex Rules & Regulations.
Tariff includes power allowance $150 per month.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $500 or $600 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.

We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of others occupants in the complex.
Photo ID, valid email and phone number required.
Strictly no party and no noise between 11 pm to 7 am.
Strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs in the apartment.
The guest would be charged up to NZ$500 if a noise complaint or smoking trace is reported against them.
