Princes Wharf Shed 20, 4th floor spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with floor to ceiling windows opening onto a 64 sqm deck. Views NE over the harbour to North Shore.
One of two newly refurbished apartments on the 4th floor of Shed 20, this 106sqm apartment has two king bedrooms (one convertible to twins with an additional cost) and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a huge walk- in wardrobe and the spacious tiled ensuite has both a shower and separate bath.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate laundry.
This apartment doesn't have a carpark. Please check the carparks nearby:

The apartment is serviced weekly and/or on departure including a complete linen change. No allocated carpark but there is metered parking on the wharf and a public carpark opposite the entrance.
The complex is close to the Auckland Municipal Salt Water Tepid Baths which also has full gym facilities.
Apartment does not come with a carpark but there is metered parking on the wharf and a public AT carpark opposite the entrance. Occasionally we might be able to rent you a covered carpark in the Wharf Complex too.
This property is one of a number of private apartments we manage in the complex and throughout the CBD so just ask us what else is available if this one doesn't suit your needs or is already booked.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $500 or $600 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.
We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.
We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of others occupants in the complex.
Photo ID, valid email and phone number required.
Strictly no party and no noise between 10 pm to 7 am.
Strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs in the apartment.
The guest would be charged from NZ$250 if a noise complaint or smoking trace is reported against them. If this is not acted upon the guest will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
