Each bedroom is a retreat of its own, featuring a luxurious queen bed, cozy twin XLs, and a Pack N Play for the little ones, ensuring everyone has a peaceful place to rest.

We understand that your furry friends are part of the family, so our Coastal townhouse is designed to make sure they enjoy the vacation just as much as you do. They’re welcomed with open paws! We provide a host of pet essentials to ensure your dog feels right at home: Comfy Dog Bed, Bowls, Leash, Snacks, Toys, and more! Please note that a $100 pet fee would be collected.

The private yard offers a serene spot to enjoy Florida’s beautiful climate, while the dedicated coffee and tea bar serves up warm welcomes each morning with your favorite brew.

During the week, the neighborhood enjoys a peaceful, laid-back vibe, ideal for relaxing and taking strolls along the beach.

As the weekend approaches, the energy shifts, buzzing with locals and visitors alike exploring the area’s attractions.

Just a few minutes away, you’ll find an array of local restaurants and cafes where you can indulge in delicious seafood and local specialties. Whether you're in the mood for a quick coffee at a cozy café or a sumptuous meal by the sea, there's something to suit every palate.

Grocery stores are conveniently located within a few minutes' drive, ensuring you can easily stock up on essentials any time. Not far from here, you’ll find Liza Jackson Dog Park, a gem on the Emerald Coast with water access and a rare off-leash dog beach, perfect for pet owners.

➤ The vast majority of guests bring their own vehicle or rental car. You can also download the “Uber” app or call for a taxi for another inexpensive way to get around

➤ Parking: 2 spaces could fit 4 cars (if a car moves all the way forward you could fit another car behind)

➤Trash and Recycle Collection guide: Please move the Dark Green Trash Bin to the curb MONDAY EVENING for a Tuesday morning pickup. Please move the Yellow Top Recycle Bin on THURSDAY EVENING for a Friday morning pickup

➤ This is a townhome and the bedrooms are located on the second floor so you will need to use stairs.

➤ While we love hosting your furry friends, we kindly ask that you help us keep our home clean and comfortable for everyone by following our house rules, including no pets on the beds or furniture without a doggie throw blanket (provided). Please be respectful during your stay and ensure any messes, especially those made by your pets, are taken care of promptly. Thank you for being considerate guests!

This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

● Please note that a $100 Pet fee will be applied per pet.
● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy
● No more than ONE (2) animal, no larger than 50 lbs
● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)

➤ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

➤ No parties or events allowed

➤ Dogs allowed. We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

● A $100 pet fee would be collected
● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy
● No more than TWO (2) dogs, no larger than 50lbs
● Pets are not allowed on furniture without a doggie throw blanket (provided) & please clean up after your pets
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated

➤ Guests must provide a valid ID that matches their credit card information

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

➤ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed

➤ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund

➤ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them

➤ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos

➤ As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property

➤ The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit

➤ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera in the entryway

➤ We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card a day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled

➤ We would like to inform you that a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy

➤Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)

➤ Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week

➤ If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs

➤ If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation. Thank you for understanding
