Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated at the corner of Spencer & Jeffcott St, just a 10min walk to Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof.

Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Marvel Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre.

There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.

Getting Around:
Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated near Southern Cross station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.

Hop on board the Skybus which provides a quick, convenient and cost effective way to get to and from the airport.

Access to the Overland rail service TrainLink XPT.

Coach services to Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport, as well as regional Victorian and interstate destinations.

Europcar, Budget and Avis rental car depots are also located in Southern Cross station, so picking up and dropping off a rental car is super easy!

There is also a tram stop at Spencer St/La Trobe St, just a 4min walk away from us.

Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.

If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.

Other Things to Note:
This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.

A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.

Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.

This pad accommodates 6 adults generously but a max of 10 overnight. Any more than 6 adult guests overnight will attract an extra $14 per night, per additional guest.

The sleeping arrangement for the 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th adult would be on a TWO 3-seater sofa beds which folds out to a doubles with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.

The apartment unit will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced unit ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any strangers during your stay.
