This villa is one of a few end units with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. The main floor features the living/dining areas, kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom.  The living area opens to a large sundeck overlooking Heron Marsh Lake. The deck is furnished and the perfect place for sunset views, and watching various coastal birds and aquatic wildlife inhabiting our coast.  The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Keurig coffee maker and an automatic icemaker, and there is seating at the breakfast bar as well the dining table.
 
On the main floor, bedroom 1 has a double bed, a single bed, a ceiling fan and a TV.  The main floor bathroom has a tub/shower combination.  Upstairs, bedroom 2 has a king bed and is equipped with a ceiling fan, TV and access to a half-bath and the laundry room with full size washer & dryer.  Bedroom 3 has a double bed, a single bed, a ceiling fan and TV.  The 2 upstairs bedrooms share a hall bath with a tiled, walk-in shower.  Underneath the villa, there is covered parking for at least one vehicle (space for 2 total with additional parking in the community), and a convenient outside shower and garden hose to rinse the sand off your beach chairs and other gear.  Enclosed storage is downstairs by the carport for your beach chairs, toys, and fishing equipment.
