A newly renovated 2-bedroom private 1-bathroom suite just beside Oak Park. You will have a private small dining room with 50 inch smart TV, and share kitchen and exit with two other tenant in the house.
The soundproofing is excellent; with the windows and doors closed, you won't hear too much noise at night.

This suite is facing the beautiful Oak Park, with plenty of sunlight and wide field of view.

Bathroom: towels, bath towels, hair dryer; Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash
Small Living-room: Dinning table for 4, 50inch smart TV.

Kitchen: Cookware and kitchen utensils: pans, soup pots, woks, spatulas, etc.; gas stove, range hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster

Other amenities in the house: Cleaning tools & supplies; High-speed wireless internet (WIFI)

Free overnight street parking in front of the house.

This suite is located in a busy area of Vancouver; it is close to a variety of amenities and stores and only a 10-minute walk to supermarkets and restaurants.
Oak Park (0 min walking), Oak Street (2 min walking) to access public transportation.
The nearest airport is Vancouver International Airport, 5 min to arrive by driving;

You have access to all the space on the 1st floor of the detached house, you will need to share the kitchen, laundry room, entrance and exit with the other tenants; your private space has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a small dining room;

OTHERS:
- NO Pets (Dogs/Cats), I charge 200CAD fine for guest who bring pet, thanks for understanding.
- Quiet hours 10PM-10AM;
- The earliest check-in time is 4pm and the latest check-out time is 10am as I need enough time to clean the room. If you need to check in early or check out late, please message me and I will charge $20-$60 depending on your situation appropriately to get the cleaning done early;
- The furniture shown in the photographs may be subject to slight alterations due to normal wear and tear and replacement;
