Fully refurbished large 4 bedroom 3 bathroom private villa with private large pool.
The villa is built in a private residential community with a mixture of residential and vacation homes and located in this popular friendly environment whilst allowing you to stay private if you wish. Fully refurbished December 2021!
The space
Guests will have a relaxing stay at our home there is plenty of space to spend time with family or friends but still have privacy when needed.
The villa comprises of one master suite with large comfortable bed and dressing table. The room also has cable tv and large walk in wardrobe the ensuite has his and her sinks and vanity units with a large walk in shower and large bath. There is also a separate toilet.
One queen suite which has large double wardrobe and ensuite shower room. There is also two twin rooms with a jack and jill bathroom which has an over bath shower. There is also hairdryers and straighteners available for guests to use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, oven trays, pots and pans to allow you to cook family meals. There is a brand new gas stove/cooker and oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a breakfast bar and also a breakfast nook to sit and catch up with friends or family and plan your day.

We also have a large dinning room with table big enough to seat the whole family.

Guests can chill out and watch tv in the living room which includes cable tv or the option to log in on the smart tv to netflix, amazon prime or disney+.
It may suit you more sit in the formal lounge for peace and quiet and read a book we have a small selection available for you to read.

After a long day at the parks or shopping you could chill out at the pool (pool heat can be added at an additional cost) we have a large deck area where you can relax on the sun loungers or have lunch outside by the pool. we also have a large covered area if you prefer to sit out of the Florida sun. Kids will enjoy the chance to have there own pool and will love spending the day at the house to enjoy it.

We also have free wifi included when you stay and a landline where you can make calls if needed. You can relax when you arrive with the knowledge that you will be provided with the key safe code and can head straight to the villa without having to go elsewhere and collect keys or have someone waiting on you. The high quality bed linens and mattresses will ensure you have a great nights sleep.

We maintain our villa to a high standard and are always aiming to make improvements so that we can ensure the facilities and atmosphere are friendly and welcoming. We hope you appreciate this and enjoy!

Greater Groves is a fantastic community and the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely stroll. There is a Wawa garage and store at the entrance to greater groves which is open 24 hours and also a Publix supermarket across from this. Walmart is 0.75 of a mile away from the house.
Guests will be able to park on the large double drive or in the large double garage.
Other things to note
We do not accept bookings to host parties at this house! Any guest doing so reservation will be canclled and air b&b informed! Lead Guest must be over the age of 21 to book a stay and no guests under the age of 21 should he left unattended in the property
