The easy flowing design extends to open plan living with leather lounges, split system AC, a gas Coonara fire, TV, and direct access via wide external doors to the alfresco dining and heated pool.

The bedrooms and bathrooms.
Three spacious bedrooms, all with a TV, and 2 luxury style bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. This is an ideal retreat for 3 couples, or a family with kids looking for the perfect summer holiday.

Outside.
Amazing outdoor living, privately tucked away behind secure front gates. Enjoy outdoor BBQs and family dining, overlooking the beautiful pool and surrounding gardens. Secure parking for 2-3 cars, or 2 cars and a boat. The rear courtyard has an undercover pool table. Located within easy walking distance to the beach, Main St Mornington, and the foreshore walking track.

Strictly No parties

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
