Spend your days surfing, swimming and playing on spectacular Middleton Beach, less than one minute walk from the front door through the dunes. Only a short drive to Goolwa and surrounding towns, it’s the perfect spot to base yourself for a relaxing holiday on the South Coast.

The Space:
Southerly has plenty of room for families or a group of friends, with the following layout.

Downstairs:

Second living area with couch, TV and gaming console, plus split system heating and cooling. With a range of games, toys and puzzles, there’s plenty to keep the kids entertained after a day on the sand. A desk gives you the opportunity to work while on holiday (if you can drag yourself away from the view.)

Bedroom two has a queen size bed, built in robes and ceiling fan.
Bedroom three has a queen size bed, built in robes and ceiling fan.
Bedroom four has x2 lots of single bunk beds and built in robes. Travel cot is also available.

Main bathroom has a large separate bath, shower, vanity and toilet.

Separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer. An outdoor shower with hot water is directly outside to allow you to rinse off after time at the beach.

Upstairs:

The large open plan living, dining and kitchen areas are spacious, light and bright. With windows and a glass sliding door facing views of the water, and a second sliding door looking out to the hills, you’ll have a great vantage point no matter where you settle.

The living area has comfy leather couches and an electric fireplace below a large TV and DVD player, making it perfect for snuggling up on cold winter nights. The dining area has a large table and chairs to seat 10 people plus a highchair.

The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools, electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, pantry, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee pod machine and double sink.

Upstairs has ceiling fans and split system heating and cooling to keep you comfortable all year round. A powder room and toilet is upstairs for your convenience..

Both sets of glass sliding doors lead out to the large decked undercover area, a perfect space to entertain and soak up the holiday feels while watching surfers ride the waves. This space has an outdoor table and chairs to seat 8 people and a BBQ.

The main bedroom is the perfect retreat with a luxurious ensuite and walk through robe. Soak up the ocean views from the comfort of a king size bed and let the sound of crashing waves lull you to sleep. A glass sliding door leads out to the deck.
