The Space:

Imagine waking up in the stunning master suite, with its vaulted ceilings, expansive glass walls, cozy fireplace, and private balcony. The en-suite bathroom features dual vanities and an outdoor shower that leads directly to the pool. The home includes five additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and stylish queen beds, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay for all guests.

The living spaces are open and welcoming. The formal living room, with its mix of vintage and modern furniture, is perfect for entertaining. Large glass walls overlook a serene courtyard, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces. The cozy family room offers a perfect spot for gatherings, while a bridged sitting room provides a quiet space with beautiful courtyard views.

Cooking is a delight in the minimalist kitchen, featuring an 18-foot-long quartzite island and top-of-the-line appliances. Whether you're preparing a casual meal or hosting a formal dinner, the adjacent dining area offers an elegant setting. Pocket doors allow you to separate the kitchen from a playroom that opens to the back terrace.

Outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The back terrace, covered by a wood-slatted trellis, is ideal for dining al fresco or unwinding with a good book. Guest Access:
Every part of this space is yours to enjoy, offering complete privacy throughout your stay. However, please note that the garage is not accessible to guests.

The Neighborhood:
Brentwood, located in Westside Los Angeles, is an upscale and serene neighborhood. It features lush greenery, beautiful homes, and a relaxed suburban feel with city conveniences. Enjoy high-end boutiques, gourmet restaurants, and the historic Brentwood Country Mart. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the Getty Center and Santa Monica Mountains. Families benefit from top-rated schools and a safe, community-oriented atmosphere. Brentwood offers tranquility and vibrant city culture in one.

Getting Around:
Since this villa is managed by us you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer. Drive Awhile has something for everyone.

Please message our team before booking. Contact the Home Manager first. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies.


In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain neighborhood harmony, we have a few rules in place. Please read each rule description carefully:

1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names prior to booking. Guest list and Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.

2) No pets unless proof of service animal is provided, as required by law.

3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke/vapor/gas detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations (paid by guest). City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.

4) Quiet hours: 9pm to 9am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.

5) Parking: Ample parking space available in the driveway. The garage is not accessible.

6) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests.

7) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.

8) Day of Arrival:
Please let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security. This is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us to maintain a secure environment.

9) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.

Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.

10) Pool/hot tub: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don't dispose of plasticware; wash and store them.

11) Pool heating: $100/day of your reservation; hot tub is free.

12) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.


This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.

Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.
