The Space:
As you step into this lovely apartment you’ll immediately appreciate the open-plan design that flawlessly merges the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The balcony features a spacious outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals and embracing the beautiful sea views and coastal atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for crafting delightful dishes throughout your stay. The living space exudes coastal contemporary charm with its plush sofa and smart TV. Additionally, the apartment complex provides access to a communal pool and BBQ area, ideal for unwinding and basking in the sunshine.

Bedroom One (Master Bedroom):
The master bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, ample wardrobe space, an ensuite bathroom, and a ceiling fan, with sliding doors that open out to a small back balcony.


Bathroom One (Master Ensuite):
Featuring a shower, toilet, and vanity.


Bedroom Two:
Furnished with a comfortable double bed, this room has a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.

Bathroom Two/Laundry:
The combined bathroom and laundry area offers a toilet, vanity, combination bath/shower, and amenities including a front loader washing machine, dryer, and sink.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as access to the complex pool & BBQ area. There is space to park one car in the secure garage. Please note the apartment complex has no lift and to access the unit you need to walk up 4 flights of stairs.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment offers an ideal location for parking your car and enjoying the area by foot, situated within walking distance of Kings Beach, with a patrolled beach, surf club, beach pool, parks, and a variety of cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Happy Valley, the nearest beach, while un-patrolled, is great for surfing and also offers a calm side perfect for children, connecting to the tranquil waters of the Pumicestone Passage.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately a 5-minute walk (400m) to Moreton Parade where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This apartment is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
