The RandR Chalet is a cozy, mountainside two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the heart of Summit County's Keystone Resort. If you're searching for outdoor recreation or relaxation, this corner unit is a short walk to countless assets. You'll find hiking and mountain biking trails right onsite. A short 2-minute walk will land you in your waders, fly fishing the slackwater and riffles of the Snake River. Just steps from the front door, a convenient 2-3 minute shuttle ride can drop you off for your powder runs at River Run Gondola Center.

The unit comes fully equipped to comfortably sleep six guests with a queen bed, a twin XL over queen bunk bed, and a rollaway bed. An updated kitchen features all the necessary culinary resources needed to prepare any meal. Enjoy an open floor plan with a wood-burning fireplace, updated furniture, and an entryway with bench, hooks, and a place to store your shoes/boots for your convenience.

Relax in the living room after a long day on a comfy sectional and enjoy the flat-screen TV with cable and a Roku hookup. You can enter your credentials and stream your favorite platforms. This unit also provides a variety of board games, books, and a record player to keep everyone entertained. You will be conveniently situated on the floor level, with peaceful views of the tall pines from the private deck. From the deck you'll also have yard access and a chance to observe elk, moose, fox, bear, and so much more of the majestic flora and fauna native to the White River National Forest of the Rocky Mountains.

The condo community features several amenities: grill stations with multiple options; a heated outdoor pool with tanning chairs; community bonfire (gas) station; an indoor spa; a Swedish-style sauna; and laundry access right across the hall. Staying at the RandR Chalet will also provide you with access to two ski lockers on the same floor.

There are several easy-to-access dining options--from coffee shops to pizza and beer pubs--to fine dining, all located at Keystone Lake. It's just a short walk to the northeast and across the Snake River from our condo community. Additionally, at Keystone Lake, you'll find ice skating and pick-up pond hockey available in the winter season. During the summer and fall, enjoy a leisurely morning or sunset strolls on the paved walking and biking trails right along the lake and Snake River. You'll enjoy mountain views from all directions as you soak in the serenity of all that Summit County has to offer.

The unit is a short 5-8 minute drive to Dillon and Silverthorne, conveniently located to the west, along the I-70 corridor. Here, you'll find full-service grocery retail, movie theater, REI superstore, fashion outlets, and even more world-class dining options. Additionally, Lake Dillon offers sailing opportunities in the summer and fall seasons. Lake Dillion spills into the Blue River tailwater, and this magnificent 34-mile Gold Medal Water section features some of the most desirable fishing in North America.
