Our tiny home provides the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink on the private deck, surrounded by the tranquility of the neighborhood. Whether you're here for a short stay or an extended visit, you'll find everything you need to feel at home.

The unit is remote work friendly, with a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet, ensuring you can stay connected and productive during your stay. After work, take a leisurely stroll to explore some of Denver's best bars and restaurants, all within walking distance.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire Tiny Home Unit and the patio area outside of the unit.

The Neighborhood:
The Regis neighborhood offers a delightful mix of dining and outdoor experiences. N.O.S.H. is a pastel-hued gem known for its delicious pastries, particularly the standout coffee cake, along with breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Dubbel Dutch, serving the community since 2003, offers tasty sandwiches, fresh salads, aromatic coffee, and unique Dutch groceries. Beer enthusiasts will enjoy the woman-owned Goldspot Brewing Company, which taps new beers every couple of weeks, including classic varieties, funky collaborations, and unique creations like a pineapple hazy IPA.

Outdoor enthusiasts will find much to enjoy in the area. Willis Case Golf Course is a favorite for its stunning mountain views, especially from the first tee, and the challenging variability of each hole. Inspiration Point Park, founded in 1910 and recently renovated, is perfect for catching breathtaking sunsets. For those who love biking, the Clear Creek Trail runs along Regis’ northwest edge, offering a scenic 20-mile path that stretches from Golden to Commerce City.

Adjacent to Regis, Chaffee Park is another neighborhood gem. One of its best features is the unnamed park at the corner of Zuni and 51st, commonly known as Zuni Park. With great views of downtown, this large park has ample space for Frisbee playing and kite flying. The well-marked 3.5-mile Wellness Trail circles the park and loops through the neighborhood, extending to nearby Regis. Local businesses and restaurants, such as Buchi Cafe Cubano and El Jefe, add to the neighborhood charm and provide diverse dining options. Its close proximity to Sunnyside and Regis offers a wide range of amenities and additional shopping options.

Chaffee Park is just a few minutes' drive from Downtown Denver, providing easy access to the city's vibrant urban life. Regis University is also nearby, making Chaffee Park an ideal location for students and faculty. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the short trip to Rocky Mountain Lake Park and the South Platte River.

Chaffee Park offers a relaxed, community-focused lifestyle. With easy access to nearby amenities and major city attractions, it combines suburban tranquility with urban convenience. Its green spaces and family-oriented vibe make it a popular choice among young families and professionals alike.

Getting Around:
If you’ve never been to Denver, it’s easy to get oriented. The Rocky Mountains are to the West, and Downtown is Southeast of Arvada. We recommend checking out Berkeley, the RiNo Art District and LoDo (Lower Downtown) if you want to stroll the city! You can take the bus from Olde Town Arvada to Union Station, and then catch the light rail to surrounding Denver neighborhoods. Prefer to do your exploring around Denver on two wheels? Grab a B-Cycle and get pedaling! For those without a car, we recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft. Premier attractions such as the 16th Street Mall, City Park, Denver Zoo, and Denver Botanic Gardens are a short, inexpensive ride away.
The easiest way to get out and start exploring by car is to hop on I-70, the main East-West artery for Colorado. I-70 West will take you straight into the mountains. Red Rocks Park, Golden, Mount Evans, Idaho Springs, skiing, and all things alpine await you in the Rocky Mountains!
Take the I-25 Northbound exit for Fort Collins (New Belgium Brewery, Colorado State University, etc.) or pick up the 36 toward Boulder (University of Colorado, Pearl Street, Chautauqua, and more). Rocky Mountain National Park is located Northwest of Denver, about 1 hour and 20 minutes away. Estes Park is RMNP’s charming gateway town. South of Denver, you’ll find Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, Royal Gorge, and countless other beautiful destinations. Get exploring!

For example, we use CDC-compliant cleaning products, pay attention to high-touch surfaces and 'hot spots,' and observe social distancing. We advise guests to practice hygienic vigilance when using rental properties (see CDC Best Personal Practices).

Please note: If any reservation is extended to 29 days or more, we will bill in advance for an estimated hourly deep clean.

No events or smoking is allowed in the home. In addition, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors may result in reservation cancellation and/or a monetary penalty. We appreciate your courtesy.
