Casa de Evilina is a beachfront home with three bedrooms and two and a half baths that can host up to 8 guests. It features a lovely courtyard space in the entrance, which welcomes you as you enter your personal paradise for the next few days. As you enter the home, you will notice the floor plan is open with the exception of an ornate fireplace that adorns the center of the main area (not for guest use). To your left is the kitchen, which includes plenty of space to whip up margaritas or prepare for a carne asada. Built for entertaining friends and family, this kitchen offers a counter seating space that spans the length of the kitchen. This unique layout allows cooking to double as a social hour. On the other side of the fireplace are the living and dining areas. These are placed perfectly to make the most of the ocean view from the large windows that face the water. The primary bedroom is located on the East side of the house, with a large window to enjoy the view from bed. It includes a King bed and a full private bathroom. On the West side of the house, you will find the other two bedrooms and bathrooms. The second bedroom, which also features an ocean view, includes a King bed. As you walk to the second bedroom, you will notice a full bathroom on your left and a half bathroom on your right. The third bedroom is cozy and offers a view of the luscious courtyard. It offers a full bed and a twin bed. Outside, there are patio chairs and lounge chairs to enjoy the view from the great outdoors.
