The Space:
The apartment is brand new and has been remodeled with all new furnishings and appliances. Retreat to the peaceful sanctuary of the bedroom, where a plush king-sized bed awaits to envelop you in luxury and ensure a restful night's sleep. Wake up to the gentle sounds of nature and soak in the picturesque vistas from the comfort of your own bed.

Unwind in the comfortable living area, complete with a snug sofa where you can curl up with a good book or enjoy your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV. Share intimate meals or plan your adventures at the quaint dining table overlooking the sparkling waters of the lake.

Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or enjoying a leisurely dinner with loved ones, you'll find everything you need.

Guest Access:
We aim to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use everything in the property and make yourself at home - Our house is your house.

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved..

The Neighborhood:
Located along the main road between Frankton and Queenstown, Deerwood Residence offers easy access to a wealth of attractions and activities. With direct access to the lake, the lakeside track connecting Frankton to Queenstown is right below the unit , or drive 5 minutes to the CBD of Queenstown which is lined with boutique shops, art galleries and restaurants. You are also a short 5 minute drive in the opposite direction to many local supermarkets, pharmacies and general stores.

Getting Around:
There is a bus stop directly outside of the apartment at the top of the driveway. Deerwood Residence also has its own private car parking space if you wish to bring your hire car.

There is free parking both in the street, and onsite.

If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:
Queenstown is the adventure tourism capital of New Zealand, and offers a wide variety of activities perfect for the adrenaline junky or those interested in sampling the local wines and cheeses. During your stay our guide book will provide you with our personal picks of activities in Queenstown and the surrounding areas as well as our 'Pro Tip's' to save you time and money.

For your convenience we have available a port-a-cot & high chair to make your stay more enjoyable for the whole family. Please discuss any of these extras with us at time of booking. These are available at no extra cost.

A non-refundable fee of 3% applies to all cancellations regardless of the cancellation policy. This charge does not apply to Airbnb.
