- Do you provide parking?
We do provide one onsite carpark for the guests. All is included in the room rate. You don't have to book or pay any extra. Please note the driveway is narrow. Please take this into consideration if you drive a car bigger than SUV.

- What's the address of the apartment?
Australia 108 , 70 Southbank Boulevard, Southbank. Level 85.

- Is the room shared?
No, the guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.

- What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Check-out can be extended to 11.30am for an additional $20. We offer complimentary late check-out until 11:30 am for our esteemed returning guests.

- Can guests check-in early?
Early check-in is subject to availability. We are happy to let our guests in as soon as the cleaning is finished. We can't guarantee a time but we can keep you updated on the day.

- What's the check-in method?
Self check-in using keysafe.
